After work, family and keeping up with the house, everyone likes to spend some down time enjoying their favorite hobby.   Often, we at Martin + Martin are a big part of how some of our clients pass their leisure time.  Boats, motorcycles and classic cars are some of the popular hobbies that we help to insure for our clients.  In fact, one of the companies that we write for specializes in classic and antique cars.

We especially enjoy when our customers share their passion with us.  On a nice day some will stop by and show off their prized vehicles and chat about how much they enjoy keeping up the maintenance of it.  We also get to hear a story of how and why the car’s nickname came about.  Some of the attached photos are select cars from a customer’s personal collection.   It takes a lot of time and dedication to keep up a hobby such as classic and antique cars and we enjoy that we can be a part of that, making sure that you protect your investment to it’s fullest.

Do you have a favorite car or story about a car’s nickname that you would like to share?  Send us your story to our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/martinandmartinins/ we would love to hear all about your relationship with your vehicle!

I bought a Mustang after my eye surgery. I called him John Clark Gable. Fine looking car. A convertible, black and white. Just like I think of Clark Gable. I miss that car. I can remember calling your office to get the insurance set up. I was so excited.
