You hear it most every time you walk into a store -” How can I help you?” You often hear it throughout the day from friends and family -” How are you?” We hear it so often that an automatic response kicks in and we respond with an “I’m fine”. Well the truth is that many of us are not doing all that great, but we are not necessarily sharing it.
As a business, we are very much missing our personal interactions with all our customers. Working strictly from home, online and over the phone all these months has been a huge adjustment. Our time spent on the phone has increased dramatically and our response time has been affected as well. While we are doing our absolute best to get back with all of you in a timely fashion, sometimes all we need is a little patience – with both ourselves and with others.
Everyone is still #inthistogether and we know that each one of you has been affected in some way during this pandemic. All our customers and clients are family to us at Martin & Martin Insurance and we want to make sure that you all are taking care of yourselves as well. Social media, while often a space of discourse, can offer some support as well. Local resource, The Zepf Center, has been posting lots of articles and information that can benefit your mental health and well-being.
We look forward to a time soon that we can all get back to business as usual, but until then just know that Rhonda, Cherrie and myself are still here to protect and support you.
