What isn’t business as usual is obviously what is happening all around us with COVID 19. During this unique time in history we have been still enjoying life, just at a much slower pace. All of us are doing probably much the same things that you are to stay busy – baking, puzzles, prepping our gardens and Face Timing with family and friends. During one call that Cherie was having with close family, a technical glitch caused her granddaughter to exclaim “Grandma, your face froze!” We are all trying to stay connected and healthy and our pets are absolutely loving having us home more.
During this crisis also, we as a small local business are grateful that we have and will continue to partner with carriers that put their customers first. Flexibility is key for some customers and our carriers are working with you on payment deferments or premium reimbursements.
